BACKGROUND

Tim graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2005 having completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, focusing on History and Political Science. Tim joined McLeods as an articled clerk in 2006 after spending twelve months in the Commonwealth Public Service.

EXPERIENCE

Tim’s experience in legal practice includes:

• Preparation of all forms of subdivisional and development agreements and documentation.

• Drafting commercial and community leases.

• Sale and purchase of land transactions.

• Assisting with the representation of local governments in the State Administrative Tribunal, including legal research, preparation of documents for filing and appearing at directions hearings.

• Preparation of easements, restrictive covenants, caveats, title notifications and memorials.
