BACKGROUND

Julia joined McLeods as an articled clerk in January of 2008. Since that time, she has been exposed to all areas of the firm’s practice particularly focusing on Property Law and documentation.

EXPERIENCE

During her time at McLeods, Julia has developed the knowledge and skills in:

• drafting commercial and community leases;

• preparation of title notifications, caveats and easements;

• preparation of a range of deeds including deeds of indemnity, development deeds, easements and agreements relating to the acquisition of land for road widening;

• sale and purchase of land transactions; and

• preparation of documents for civil proceedings in the Magistrates Court.
